Florence : we always advise our guests to go by train: leaving from Vernio train station (about 2 km from here), Florence is just 30 minutes away. Florence train station – a modern architectural masterpiece – is right in the centre of the city, very near to Santa Maria Novella Square from where you can begin your visit of our wonderful regional capital . Traffic and parking will be someone else issues.
Prato is our provincial capital , 15 minutes far by train or 25 minutes by car. It is famous for textile industries but few people know it's a real medieval town with well preserved walls , a castle built by Frederick II, the Cathedral, Palazzo Pretorio,and the Basilica of S.Maria delle Carceri by the well renowed architect Giuliano da Sangallo,the Museum of contemporary art "Luigi Pecci" and the Museo del Tessuto
Lucca,Siena,Pisa,Pistoia,Arezzo are other tuscan jewels you can visit in one day
