Terms and conditionsBooking procedure : Guests usually check availability and prices via e-mail. We send back an e-mail with availability,prices and answers if there are specific requests.If everything is allright and the guest wants to book we send a booking form with the reservation details , in both PDF and DOC format that must be returned , signed for acceptance , by email or fax.
The reservation is confirmed as soon as we receive an advance deposit of 30% of the total amount as it will be specified in our form.This payment can be made by Bank transfer (our bank details are specified in the form) or by Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
Regulation is made at the arrival together with documents registration at the check-in. Payment is in cash,or credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). Taxes are included in room rates.
Check-in/out: Check-in is from 4:00pm to 8.00pm. Guests are kindly recommended to inform us for any eventual late.
Earlier or later Check-in's can be arranged with the owners by explicit request
Security: Every guest has the key of his/her apartment and has to lock the door when leaving the apartment . We have never had problems of security inside the apartments, but we recommend our guests to pay attention not to leave precious objects inside their rooms.

Whatever is not in "What is included in the price" in particular Breakfast,Lunch and dinner.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations from 90 days on arrival to 31 days on arrival we apply a penalty of 20% of the total price.
Cancellations from 30 days on arrival to 0 days on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
