The product
The "Sugo di Cinto Toscano" ragù is made with meat from our own Cinta Senese pigs, which have roamed freely in the fields surrounding Borgo Corboli. It is served in180 gram jars.
Ingredients
Fresh Cinto Toscano meat, tomatoes, Carmignano red wine, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, bay leaf, rosemary, sage, extra virgin olive oil, sale, pepper and nuitmeg
Serving suggestion
Spread on slices of toasted bread or as a pasta sauce – especially on tagliatelle or home-made fresh egg-based pasta or chestnut flour pasta.
