Agriturismo Corboli

Leave the A1 (Autostrada del Sole) at the Pian di Voglio exit and drive towards Castiglione dei Pepoli.

Take the SS 325 and follow the signs to PRATO.

After the Comune di Vernio signpost, keep going until you reach San Quirico.

Once in San Quirico, turn left over a small bridge.

In the Piazza del Comune (Town Hall Square), follow the road round to the left and then turn right towards a fork in the road.

Take the right fork which leads up a very steep hill with a very sharp right-hand bend.

Continue on this road up the hill. You will see a couple of signs for our Agriturism en route.

When the road levels out, there will be more directions: go down the road on the right above the riding arena – you have arrived !!

Leave the A1 (Autostrada del Sole) at Firenze Nord and take the A11 towards PISA.

Leave at the Prato EST exit.

Follow signs for VAIANO-VERNIO and take the SS325 which takes you into the Bisenzio Valley.

When you arrive in Vernio, continue on until you reach San Quirico and then turn right over the small bridge after the TAMOIL petrol station. In the Piazza del Comune (Town Hall Square), follow the road round to the left and then turn right towards a fork in the road.

Take the A11 towards Florence.

Leave at the Prato OVEST exit.

Follow signs for VAIANO-VERNIO and take the SS325 which takes you into the Bisenzio Valley.

Vernio station is about half-way along the Florence-Prato-Bologna route.

As the long-distance trains do not tend to stop at Vernio, we suggest that you ask for details on the ‘local’ trains between Florence/Prato and Bologna www.trenitalia.com

Although the Corboli and Vernio area is well served by both trains and buses, the agriturismo itself is about 2.5 km from the train station and 1.5km from the bus stop. There is, unfortunately, no taxi service in the village and the final km to the agriturismo is quite steep. So, unless you you feel you can tackle the trek up to the agriturismo, we strongly recommend that you rent a car.
