A great product of our pig breeding is the pasta sauce, without any doubt.
Our sauce can be used as a sauce for pasta or as patè for starters.

We produce three different types of sauce:

- Cinta Senese DOP Rigatino pasta sauce, from the bacon, spiced with rosemary, very tasty;
   in jars of 180g (212ml)

- Cinta Senese DOP Shoulder pasta sauce, spiced with nutmeg, perhaps the less fatty of the three ragù;
   in jars of 180g (212ml)

- Cinta Sense DOP sausages pasta sauce, gentle flavor.
   in jars of 180g (212ml)

One of the peculiarity of the Cinta Senese Pig, it's the fat: delicious and authentic.
We propose, in jars of 180g and 90g, two different types of patè (truffle and aromatic herbs) that can be used in several ways:
spread over bread slices as a starter (try to heat up the bread in the oven before spread the patè on top of it)
on roasts, even chicken or turkey, to flavor and make them soft and inviting,
as a sauce for pasta, tossing the water on the last minute of cooking in the pan where you put two tablespoons of pate,
as a condiment for fried eggs ("affrittellate").
