Cuisine
Meals are available to all guests staying in the agriturismo and, on request, to those who want to taste the typical products and local business:
You can tasta our Cinta Senese DOP pigs, the excellent Calvana beef, wild boar, home made pasta with chestnut flour, potatoes, homemade ravioli, Prato's celery, bread soup, Tuscan pecorino cheese with chestnut honey, and, of course, vegetables from our garden.
We also have our own home-made cookies like Zuccherini di Vernio, Prato biscuits, cookies and other typical tuscan desserts.
We use to serve an excellent red table wine (Carmignano red wine) and, upon request, you can taste other great bottles of the Carmignano area.
This is the degree that we have earned in the competition reserved for Farms and Agriturismi in AgrieTour 2006.
